Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any Auragile Technologies course.
Acceptance of terms
By enrolling in a course offered by Auragile Technologies AB, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll. These terms apply to all courses offered on auragile.com.
What is included
Each course includes the number of live sessions stated on the course page, access to session recordings for 6 months from the cohort end date, and any written materials shared during the course. Nothing else is implied unless explicitly stated.
Payment
Course fees are invoiced upon enrollment confirmation. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date and must be received before the first session. We reserve the right to remove unpaid enrollments from the cohort.
Refund policy
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the cohort start date. Cancellations after this window are not eligible for a refund. To cancel, email info@auragile.com with your name and cohort details.
Cohort changes and cancellations
Auragile Technologies reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a cohort if minimum enrollment numbers are not met. In the event of a cancellation by us, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.
Intellectual property
All course materials, slides, recordings, and written content are the intellectual property of Auragile Technologies AB. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share any course materials without written permission. Code you write during sessions is your own.
Conduct
Students are expected to treat instructors and fellow students with respect during live sessions. We reserve the right to remove any student from a cohort without refund for disruptive or abusive behaviour.
Limitation of liability
Auragile Technologies AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in a course. Our total liability in connection with any course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
